Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TANUH Ges.m.b.H. processes personal data when you use tanuh.com or contact us. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.

1. Controller

TANUH Ges.m.b.H.
Arndtstraße 77/2-3
1120 Vienna, Austria
Email: office@tanuh.com

2. Website access and server log files

When you access this website, our hosting systems may process technical information such as your IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, referrer URL, browser, operating system and HTTP status. This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain technical stability and detect misuse or security incidents.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation). Log data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes and may be kept longer where a security incident or a legal obligation requires it.

3. Contact form and email enquiries

If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide, in particular your name, email address, subject and message, in order to respond to and manage your enquiry. The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field; technical connection data may be processed to prevent abuse.

Depending on the nature of your enquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before entering into a contract or performance of a contract) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling business communications). Where processing is based on consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR applies and consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future.

Enquiry data is generally retained until the matter has been completed and then for up to three years where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Longer retention applies only where statutory record-keeping duties require it.

4. Hosting and email delivery

We use technical service providers for website hosting, system administration, security and email delivery. They may process personal data on our behalf and are contractually bound to act only on our instructions and to protect the data in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. Data is disclosed to other recipients only where this is legally required, necessary to perform a contract or supported by another lawful basis.

5. Google Maps

This website includes a Google Maps map provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When the map is loaded, technical information including your IP address may be transmitted to Google. Google may also process data in the United States. Such transfers are subject to the safeguards used by Google, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable and/or standard contractual clauses.

The legal basis for loading the map is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where information is stored on or accessed from your device, the applicable Austrian telecommunications rules. You can also use the external “Open in Google Maps” link; in that case Google processes data under its own responsibility. Further information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies and local storage

The public website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Technically necessary cookies may be used for core WordPress functions, security and language or interface settings. Administrative login cookies are used only for authorised site administrators. If optional third-party content requires consent, it should not be activated until you choose to load it.

7. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure. Internet transmission cannot, however, be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. To exercise these rights, contact office@tanuh.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, legal requirements or technical systems change. The current version is published on this page.
